In order to fix the fortnite stuttering issue, you can try installing the latest patch which is able to fix some bugs. On switch, press the + button. The only movement that happens, is from my mouse. While using the harvesting tool i haven't experienced that bug but as soon as i pick up a weapon i can barely move. Run the epic games launcher. I have to mash wasd a few times to get him to stop moving. This happens when i press only w a s.
